Tess is our Innovation Associate, working to enable PRF – and our partners – to think and operate differently by challenging the status quo in our work toward impact.
Before joining the Foundation, Tess worked across local government, regulation, higher education, and healthcare on projects spanning research, policy, engagement, strategic consulting, and operational change – with a particular focus on improvement and innovative solutions.
Originally from New Zealand, Tess recently moved to Australia from the UK. Tess holds degrees in public and social policy, and commerce from Victoria University of Wellington.
Tess passionately believes in putting the voice of those with lived experience at the heart of change. Tess loves travelling, adventure, and great coffee.
