Rob Koczkar is a Managing Director of Adamantem Capital. He has extensive experience in social impact and private equity investing along with a deep understanding of the social purpose sector. He was previously CEO of Social Ventures Australia, a Managing Director at Pacific Equity Partners, Principal at Texas Pacific Group in Europe and started his career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company.
Rob also serves on the boards of the Adamantem Capital group of companies (including Adamantem Capital Management Pty Ltd) and is a director of a number of companies owned by Adamantem funds. These include Zenitas, Advara, Nexon, Climate Friendly, Retail Zoo, Evnex and Edge Zero.
Rob is Board Chair of Social Ventures Australia and a director of the Cape York Partnership and the Reef Shark Foundation. He has previously served as a director of Goodstart Early Learning.
