Nicoletta brings more than seven years of experience in domestic and international development across NGO and philanthropic sectors, working across Australia, sub-Saharan Africa and the Pacific. She is passionate about addressing social determinants of health, such as gender equity, economic empowerment and environmental stewardship, through locally led and community designed solutions.

Prior to joining PRF, Nicoletta worked with the Judith Neilson Foundation, supporting initiatives focused on strengthening services and opportunities for women and girls in Australia. Her work included investing in frontline justice services, improving coordination and referral pathways, and supporting First Nations women’s leadership and economic participation. Prior to this, Nicoletta worked with FREO2 Foundation, where she focused on maternal, child and neonatal health and improving access to medical oxygen in East Africa and the Pacific.

Outside of work, Nicoletta is currently completing a Masters of Global Health at the University of Sydney and is learning Kiswahili.
