Laura is an associate in the Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Research Team.
Prior to coming to PRF, Laura has had a windy career path which includes acoustic engineer in the construction industry, international development evaluator in Tanzania and 3 years of Australian public policy consulting experience. She completed her Masters of Evaluation in 2020 and is passionate about mixed-methods and developmental evaluation approaches that centre people and capability building. As a public policy consultant, the work Laura is most proud of includes providing honest advice to government, particularly in education and skills through policy review and evaluation work and supporting for-purpose organisations to demonstrate and articulate impact.
Outside of work, Laura is either planning a snowboarding trip or learning a new creative skill, currently she’s honing her stick and poke tattoo skills and learning to use a pottery wheel.
