Jess is Manager, Delivery Impact at Paul Ramsay Foundation, where she leads the Economic Dignity portfolio and supports our team and partners to deliver outcomes.
Jess has more than 15 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector, working across philanthropy and the social sector, including in youth employment, children and families, disability, and public health. Jess brings a strong systems change lens to the work and is particularly interested in how policy reform, community-led solutions and cross-sector collaboration can expand economic opportunity and agency for people experiencing disadvantage.
Jess is a member of the Australian Government's Employment Services Reform Advisory Group, providing technical advice on the redesign of Australia's employment services system.
Jess holds a Graduate Certificate in Community and International Development and Graduate Certificate in Leadership from AGSM at the University of New South Wales.
Outside of work, Jess has a young daughter and enjoys time spent with family and friends, swimming in the ocean, reading and going to the cinema.
