Harry works primarily with partners to break cycles of disadvantage through targeted employment, and believes everyone in Australia who wants a job should be able to work.
Prior to PRF, Harry managed Vanguard Laundry, a not-for-profit commercial laundry in Toowoomba, and one of the biggest Work Integrated Social Enterprises (WISEs) in Queensland.
Harry worked at Vanguard Laundry for five years. Over that time, he expanded Vanguard’s social impact program and helped grow its operational capacity significantly. His passion for community work began in 2017, when he first travelled to Cambodia to work with local NGOs on construction projects in the rural areas around Siem Reap.
Harry has a Bachelor of Journalism (with distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology, and is currently studying his Master of Applied Economics at UNSW. He previously studied at the Australian Graduate School of Management, also at UNSW, for which he received a National Scholarship from the Centre for Social Impact.
In his spare time, Harry is a keen amateur artist, avid reader, loves running to keep fit, and is a diehard fan of Collingwood Football Club.
