Harry leads work centred on economic development, supporting community-led initiatives that strengthen local economies and build long-term economic self-determination. He works with partners to support enterprise development, expand economic participation, and strengthen long-term economic foundations for communities.

Prior to PRF, Harry managed Vanguard Laundry, one of the biggest not-for-profit Work Integrated Social Enterprises (WISEs) in Queensland.

Harry has a Bachelor of Journalism (with distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales, for which he received a National Scholarship from the Centre for Social Impact. He also has a Graduate Certificate in Economics, also from UNSW.

In his spare time, Harry is a keen amateur artist, avid reader, loves running to keep fit, and is a diehard fan of Collingwood Football Club.
