Kyle is an Impact Analyst in the MERL Team (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning).
Kyle grew up in Hong Kong, and studied a Bachelor’s in Economics and International Studies, as well as a Bachelor’s in Law, both in the UK.
He has always been interested in alleviating disadvantage and making a positive difference.
Academically, this has drawn him to studying social policy, development economics, and human rights law. While his professional experiences extend to working with a grassroots NGO combatting the marginalization of ethnic minorities in Hong Kong, a public-interest law firm, and a stint as a volunteer programs and research assistant in Uganda.
Beyond this, Kyle loves taking on new hobbies. Most recently he has picked up rock-climbing, body-surfing, the guitar, and the piano. He does lament however, that a diversity of interests does not mean he is particularly good at any of them.
